Corn Soufflé
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 stick butter
- 8 oz sour cream
- Drain whole kernel corn.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour into greased casserole dish.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until set.
