- 4 cod fillets (4 ounces each)
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce or Coconut Aminos
- Place fillets in an 8-in. square baking dish coated with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, onions and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon over fillets.
- Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
